Title:
Rapha Roadmap Concept

Category:
Branding, Apparel Design
Published in early 2019, the Rapha Roadmap was Rapha’s (a luxury cycling apparel brand) culmination of research, interviews, and constructive criticism on what professional road cycling can do to grow in its struggling areas. The roadmap was overwhelmingly text based, however much of the sport’s appeal is in its visuals. The rider kits, their equipment, the landscapes riders traverse, and the racing itself. All have had many photo galleries published centering on one or a few of those categories.

Sharing many of the frustrations the roadmap spoke about. I was motivated to craft visual concepts that respected the roadmap's solutions. Turning this into a personal project, I spent many free moments attempting to realize a new era of professional road cycling.
